Death examination certificate
A module for creating death examination certificates and exporting them to the Institute of Health Information and Statistics in XML DASTA4 format. Certificates from the hospital information system are created from a request, external ones manually; the form contains only the data submitted to the authority.

- Certificates created from the hospital information system or manually
- Form split into tabs (Examination, Registry, Autopsy, Log, States)
- Automatic consistency checks between fields on both opening and saving
- An invalid certificate switches to the Error state and the issues are shown in the log
- Export of closed certificates in XML DASTA4 format
- Submission to the Institute of Health Information and Statistics by authorized staff
